Exciting news — we’re opening a new sauna in Camberwell!
Our mission as a not-for-profit community interest company is to bring affordable sauna and cold plunge to everyone in London. We also offer free access to those in our community who need it most.

Pricing
Standard Pricing
For customers looking to book a standard sauna session, prices range from £9.50 for a 60-minute morning session to £16.50 during peak hours.

Concessions
At Community Sauna Baths, we believe that everyone should have access to warmth, rest and connection — no matter their circumstances.
That’s why we offer concessionary pricing from £5 for those who need it most. This includes:
People receiving benefits
NHS staff

Our Vision
Our next stop is Camberwell and we can't wait to create our next community hub where the local community will be able to de-stress and rejuvenate whilst reconnecting to nature, the outdoors, themselves and others.
We will be offering a variety of saunas for individual bathers, with access to our shared-access plunge pools and cold baths, as well as changing rooms, showers and an area to rest and integrate the sauna & plunge experience.
Like in our other sites, there will be creative events for the local community, concessionary rates and social prescriptions schemes. Support us in our mission to bring affordable sauna & cold plunge to Camberwell.
Sauna and Plunge.
So what is behind all this talk about sauna and plunging making people feel amazing?
The contrast therapy of sweating in the heat followed by chilling in the cold shower and plunges trigger our body’s natural painkilling system - releasing a feel good rush of hormones called beta-endorphins. These are great hormones not only assist us in pain management, but have an effect on stress relief and a pack full of other health factors too.

Cold Plunge.
All our sites are equipped with cold showers, temperature controlled bathtubs and/or cold plunge tanks (3-12° Celsius depending on the tank capacity and season).
Familiar with sauna but a stranger to the cold? We ask everyone to start their session with a cold shower. This will prepare your body for the first sweat as well as make sure that we keep a hygienic environment for everyone using our facilities.
After your first sauna heat, when you’ve really heated yourself to the core - take the plunge of your choice!
You do not need to book the plunges. They come as part of your sauna booking.
