Cold plunging at Community Sauna London

Concession Membership

  • Concession (benefits and students)
    Expires in 6 months

    Applicable at Hackney and Stratford Bermondsey and Camberwell

    Requires:

    • Universal Credit dated within the past 3 months with your name visible

    • Student ID. Must be UK student valid date visible

    Benefits:

    • £5 Off Peak Sauna 🌞

  • Students and/or those on universal credit/tax credits/job seekers/housing benefit.

  • Please email support@community-sauna.co.uk with your full name and requesting the Concession Membership, attaching your digital proof to the email (depending on your circumstances).

  • Please be aware that members can only use their concession package once per session, but are able to book multiple concession sessions across the day.

    This is because the concession applies to you, and you only; e.g. you can use membership for the 10am session once, then for the 11am session once.

    You will not be able to use your concession for 10am session twice/three times.

    How to set up and use:

    1. Download the Community Sauna App on Google Play or App Store

    3. Purchase the £5 Off Peak Sauna 🌞package.

      You can find this in the Hackney account under Products and Packages. But these benefits work at all sites.

    4. Pick a valid off-peak (Morning and Afternoon weekdays) sauna session from the Timetable

    5. Use the package as a service at check out to pay.

    6. After a package has been purchased once, it will then each time after that simply appear as an option to purchase at check out and you can skip to step 4 and 5. You will not need to do step 1,2, or 3

  • The membership will expire in 6 months.

Access Concession

  • Access (Accessibility membership)
    Expires in 1 year

    Applicable at Hackney, Stratford, Bermondsey and Camberwell

    Required:

    • PIP with name and expiry date visible or dated in the past 3 months.

    • DID ID within date.

      Benefits:

    • access to sauna discount packages:

      • £5 Off Peak Sauna 🌞

      • £10.50 Peak Sauna 🌚

    • 10 sauna sessions for assistant

  • Anyone with PIP or DID ID card.

  • Please email support@community-sauna.co.uk with your full name and requesting the Access Membership, attaching your digital proof to the email (depending on your circumstances).

    This sessions will automatically be available to use at checkout under your membership.
    simply select as a service at checkout to book and pay for your assistant.

    NHS Only at Stratford and Hackney

  • Any NHS member of staff with an NHS badge ID, subject to availability in Hackney or Stratford community saunas.

    Requires:

    •  NHS ID

    • Blue Light card in date

    Before claiming a space, please consider that these sessions are in place to make our saunas an affordable experience for all NHS staff.

  • Please email us at support@community-sauna.co.uk with the type of Membership you are applying for and the required proof of entitlement (NHS ID/Blue Light Card)

    The NHS membership will then be added to your account, so you will be able to book in your NHS slot depending on dates and times available.

      The NHS free sauna is for NHS staff only.
      For this you can simply book those sessions from the timetable and we be required to show your NHS ID to the sauna staff on arrival.

Locals (E15 and E20 postcodes)

  • Expires in 6 months

    Requires:

    • Domestic letter dated in the past 3 months with name and E15 or E20 Postcode visible.

    Benefits:

    • £5 Sauna: Off Peak Stratford Only

    • £10.50: Peak Stratford Only

  • Anyone with proof of living in E15 and E20 London UK

  • Please email us at support@community-sauna.co.uk with the type of Membership you are applying for and the required proof of entitlement - Utility bill, bank statement, council tax bill etc. dated in the past 3 months with full name and E15 or E20 Postcode clearly visible.

    Requires:

    • List below indicated accepted forms of proof:  

      • Universal Credit: letter/email/screenshot of your claim dated within the past 3 months with their name clearly visible

      • Student ID: UK University with valid date visible

      • NHS ID Card

      • Blue Light Card

      • Over 65: Proof of D.O.B or free bus pass

    Benefits:

    • £5 Sauna any session.

  • NHS, Blue Light, Students, UK Benefits, Over 65 all get the Concessional Membership on the Peckham Account.

Children at Community Sauna London

2-for-1 Parent Ticket

  • Parents are able to purchase 1 ticket and share the time between childcare and sauna bathing.

  • This is aimed at both couples and pairs of friends who are happy to alternate between watching children and sauna bathing.

  • Please purchase a single bather ticket and email info@community-sauna.co.uk to confirm you are coming as a pair.

  • Mamma Swim - CURRENTLY ON PAUSE

    Wednesdays 11am-1.30pm

    Mamma Swim is a community of mums with 0 - 2s who meet up and take turns looking after each other's babies to allow each other some precious time to sauna and plunge!
