The hire space and sauna can host a maximum of 22 people (20 people is the preferred capacity for comfort).

All facilities are private:

• 2 individual showers

• 2 changing rooms 

• 8 person plunge with chiller

• Complimentary Ice bombs included (balls made from ice infused with essential oils)

Tuesday-Thursday

• £450 for 90 minutes

Please read and confirm the group booking policy outlined below and contact info@community-sauna.co.uk with the following information:

1. Event description (celebration/corporate function/event)

2. Number of guests

3. Preferred date and time (Sessions run 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm Tuesdays; 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm Wednesday to Sunday)

4. Second option date and time

5. Additional information (accessibility/concessions)

Group booking policy:

• The cancellation period for your booking is 7 days. We cannot offer refunds for bookings cancelled within 7 days of the session start time.

• Our site and facilities are strictly drug alcohol and drug free and we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears tipsy.

• Please be respectful of other customers. The site is for rest, rejuvenation and community connection, if we don’t think your event is in line with these principles we reserve the right to refuse/cancel your booking. We specifically ask hen/stag and work events to keep this in mind when booking the Sauna.

• Commercial or public events are not to be run at CIC without permission of our managing director. Tickets for Sauna sessions cannot be sold for more than the price at purchase.

If you are running an event as a host, you must inform us. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund inside of the cancellation period if this term is not met.
