INNERVISIONS ALCHEMY

We are supporting the launch of Innervisions Alchemy centre: a women led space, offering a range of therapies and activities to encourage well-being, connection, spiritual growth, and learning; in becoming a ‘permanent and fully realised haven for like-hearted individuals’.

Three of our mobile saunas, along with our cold plunges and shower facilities, can be found at the centre.

    In order to create an account simply complete a booking via the Bermondsey booking page.

    You will be asked to provide your full name, email address and a password during this process.

Or BUS P12 & exit at MANOR GROVE (only 2 stops!)

Approx 4 mins walk to the sauna

Overground: Surrey Quays – 20 min walk/ 5 min bike ride.

If you bring your bike, please be aware we do not have a bike locking facility. However, you can leave it locked to fence outside or bike bars available outside the new development on Ilderton Road (go to end of Rollins Street & cross over) at your own risk.

Before your visit

 

    • Swimwear

    • Shower Gel

    • Towel to sit on in the sauna

    • Towel to dry off after plunge/shower

    • Pools sliders/ flip flops

    • Water bottle

    • Plastic bag for taking home wet belongings

    • Sauna hat (optional)

    • We do not recommend walking around barefoot. The ground can be uneven at points, and dirt and grime get picked up and taken into the sauna and cold plunge. Please bring flip-flops or pool sliders to wear when walking around on the ground outside.

    • Please shower thoroughly before entering the sauna or cold plunge. We do not currently have a hot shower.

    • All belongings except sauna gear (swimwear, towels, hat, water bottle, flip flops etc.) must be kept folded away in the lockers, boxes and shelves provided. We cannot be liable for your valuables.

    • The sauna is a hot place, and this is all thanks to the stove. Keep in mind that it is incredibly hot, and exercise caution standing up and moving about the sauna. Do not lean on the safety guard surrounding the sauna.

    • The sauna should be a safe space for everyone. If someone is making you feel anxious or uncomfortable, please tell your sauna host.
