Sauna Operator
We are looking for friendly, attentive individuals to join our team as Sauna Attendants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of our sauna facilities, whilst also ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Pay: £13.90/h + free sauna access at all sites
Customer Services & Administration Team Manager
The Customer Services & Administration team Manager will oversee a team of three customer service representatives, our admin support staff, and the Scheduling Lead. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction, effective rota and resourcing management, and ensuring strong collaboration across teams and departments. You’ll help build and refine the systems that underpin our day-to-day operations, ensuring we continue to scale with care and quality.
Pay: £20.00/h + free sauna access at all sites
