A space to train the mind, challenge the body, and refine your focus.

This is a practice of deep presence.As the heat rises, your body must focus on regulating itself. This journey is about tuning into the present moment, feeling the vibrations within and around you, and strengthening the connection between mind and body.

With the resonance of singing bowls in the sauna, breath awareness, and deep internal focus, we explore what it means to be fully here—not escaping, not resisting, but working with what is.What to Expect:• An Introduction to the evening to introduce the practice


• A guided meditation to teach you the breath, awareness and focus to guide you through the hour


Rotations of sauna, cold plunge, and rest to sharpen mental focus and resilience. These rotations are self guided so that you can build your confidence of understanding what your body is asking for and honouring yourself and health in this session. (For newbies, Guppy will guide you through the first rotation)


Singing bowls are played inside the sauna creating a vibration of deep meditation stimulating creativity, intuition & inner exploration
• A closing meditation to seal the journey


* Please be aware that Noble Silence is practiced during this hour — Noble Silence is the intentional practice of quieting speech and external distractions to deepen inner awareness and mindfulness.Afterwards, you’re invited to join us for a mildly facilitated casual rehydration and gathering to share experiences, ask questions, build community and reintegrate insights from the session.
